Think of it as your "On Demand" billing problem resolution knowledge base for your staff!

This includes issues such as, but not limited to: exam denials, therapy denials, modifier denials and denials for documentation.

Cost: $250/issue

Independant Audit

Best suited for practices who need an objective evaluation of their billing. Whether you need an evaluation of your current billing service's performance or you simply want a periodic, objective spot check to ensure your billing is running smoothly, an audit can help remove the question, "Am I getting paid all the money I'm due?" from your list of concerns.

This includes but is not limited to: reviewing previous denials; analyzing claim processing; evaluate management of claims; review aged account receivable reports

Cost: $300/audit
